Derived from the detection in the market of projects that demanded, in addition to their manufacture, transport and final assembly in different places, the subsidiary company Divermetal del Noroeste was created, an allied company in charge of the Assembly division, dedicated to the assembly of equipment and structures on site. Starting operations in 2016, this company has all the human and material infrastructure necessary to carry out these activities.
